French Q2 employment up 0.3 pct after Q1 rise of 0.2 pct

French employment rose a final 0.3 pct in the second quarter, unchanged from the provisional estimate, the statistics office Insee said.
The rise followed an increase of 0.2 pct in the first quarter.
Employment was up 0.9 pct year-on-year.
Employment stood at 15.592 mln at the end of the second quarter, compared with 15.538 mln at the end of the first quarter.
The figures exclude the agriculture, public administration, education and health sectors.
